Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Decomigo, we are committed to delivering quality and ensuring a seamless, trustworthy shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested.

1. Policy Overview

Your satisfaction matters to us. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if any issue arises, you may request a return or replacement under the guidelines below.

  • All return claims must be made at the time of delivery, before the delivery personnel leaves.
  • Customers are strongly advised to check the product carefully in front of the delivery personnel.
  • Once the delivery is accepted and the rider has left, the product will be considered successfully delivered and accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement (At Delivery Only)

Returns or replacements are only applicable during the delivery handover in the following cases:

  • Wrong Item Delivered
    If the product received is not what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Defective Product
    If the item is broken, damaged, or has visible defects upon delivery.
  • Missing Components
    If the package is incomplete or missing essential parts.
  • Product Not as Described
    If the item significantly differs from its description or images.

Note: Requests based on change of mind, preference, or after-delivery complaints are not applicable.

3. Return Requirements

To qualify for an immediate return at delivery:

  • On-the-Spot Verification
    The issue must be identified and reported in front of the delivery personnel.
  • Original Packaging
    The product must remain:
  • Unused 
  • Uninstalled 
  • In original packaging with all accessories 
  • Proof of Purchase
    Order ID or confirmation must be presented if requested.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • The delivery has been completed and the rider has left 
  • The product has been used, installed, or altered 
  • Damage occurs after delivery due to misuse or mishandling 
  • Packaging or accessories are missing 
  • The product shows signs of tampering 

5. Replacement Policy

  • Instant Resolution at Delivery
    If an issue is confirmed during delivery:
  • The product may be returned immediately 
  • A replacement request will be initiated (subject to stock availability) 
  • Availability
  • If available → Replacement will be arranged 
  • If unavailable → Refund or alternative solution will be offered 

6. Refund Policy

When Refunds Apply

  • Product is unavailable 
  • Replacement is not possible 
  • Order is cancelled due to operational reasons 
  • Processing Time
    Refunds are processed within 1–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Charges
    All applicable payment gateway charges will be covered by Decomigo.

 

7. Return / Replacement Process

Step 1: Inspect at Delivery
Carefully check your product in front of the delivery personnel.

Step 2: Report Immediately
If any issue is found, inform the delivery person instantly and contact our support team.

Step 3: Return on the Spot
Hand over the product immediately if it qualifies for return.

Step 4: Resolution
Our team will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability and eligibility.

8. Important Notes

  • No return, replacement, or complaint will be accepted after delivery completion 
  • All decisions are based on product condition at the time of delivery 
  • This policy applies unless otherwise stated on specific products
