How do I place an order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Delivery & Product Checking

Can I check the product before accepting delivery?

Yes. We strongly recommend checking your product in front of the delivery personnel.

You must report it immediately at the time of delivery and return it on the spot.
